2. The concierge firstly laughed in my face and then told me to ring from my room and be charged accordingly, I pleaded that in this exceptional circumstance that he could ring which he eventually did.

5. When I asked for some bottles of water at the font desk, I was told that room service was closed (it was shortly after midnight) and there was nothing they could do for me - except for me to try vending machines on the other floors.

10. My only two complaints are that prices inside the hotel were ridiculous and with only two or three exceptions, most of the staff were somewhat snotty acting.
