1. The only really decent capable member of staff we found at this hotel was Ben from Austraila - very on top of his job; so very kind, friendly and helpful - I hope that The Hyatt will recognise what a superb member of staff they have in this guy.

2. this is my 5th year in a row with family and friends staying at the hyatt, the staff and hotel are amazing from the moment you arrive at the main gate if you are lucky you will be greeted by the lovely delores and then you make your way up to the hotel itself, and then you are greeted by the superb door staff, the facilities cleanliness and efficiency are just superb.
