3. This is a very big hotel and it runs very efficiently which is great but you feel bit like a number as they have very little contact with you, so if you're looking for attention you wont find it.

9. The staff are extra friendly and attentive and always address you by your name:) We enjoyed the pool area with the kids-there are 2 slides there, several hot tubs and a large pool area.
