1. The resort is really beautiful overall but attention to detail could be better for a 5 star resort.

2. But the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress felt posh and exotic, like the mini get-away we needed, at a better price than most of the 'resort' Buena Vista and Universal hotels charge.

10. If it is your first trip to Orlando and Disney, would not recommend staying at the hotel as you would be paying for things which you may never end up using, and you can get better value at other hotels.
