6. Staying at a Disney resort minimizes the time getting to the parks (drop off at park entrance vs the transportation center) and includes Extra Magic Hours (helps avoid the crowds and having to wait in the associated long lines).

8. I am glad to start on a positive note and say that the courtesy & help we received from the front of house staff was excellent; from The Check-In desk & Bell-Hops to The Concierge and Pool/Leisure Club staff.

9. The hotel is clean and the staff in the main are polite and helpful, its not cheap, but I am a great believer in you get what you pay for.
