1. This is the lost art of super friendly service where the guest is always the priority and they really care.

2. The porters look great care of our stuff, took it directly to the room, even entertained my two kids in the glass elevator and walked us around to show us the view from the different windows on our floor (from the 7th floor we could see Epcot and Hollywood Studios attractions).

4. I will definitely go back to Grand Cypress because I absolutely adore the pools and grounds, but I'm going to be very careful with my money.

6. After dinner when we were presented with our check our waitress congratulated us on our marriage (we hadn't mentioned this to her) and said that Brian had taken care of our drinks for the evening.

The gym is small and there was a line to use the treadmills, and some family had a child using the exercise equipment, and last but most important, they have a very unpleasant doorman by the name of Dave, who is very rude to guests if you do not let him take care of your suitcases, since he only cares about his tip.

10. The only negatives I can think of - and they aren't so horrible - is the self-parking lot is a hike from the hotel and you need to be careful about when the servers add gratuity to your bill.
