1. They 'conveniently' put the computer fee on each day even though it stated beforehand that you are only charged that if you don't pay the activities fee.

4. Shuttles to Sea World/Discovery Cove were not convenient, so be prepared to either cab it or rent a car (Discovery Cove, by the way, was incredible and well worth the money).
