1. The room was very quiet considering the location directly on Bourbon Street, but we were on the ninth floor, which no doubt helped dissipate some of the noise, but we were also pleasantly surprised by the lack of noise from other rooms and within the hotel.

9. The bell staff did help out wonderfully when we got in on a Friday evening by coming down the street and meeting us farther out, helping direct traffic, and making the arrival more pleasant.
