1. The staff with the exception of Brittany at the front desk (mid shift) were very nice and helpful.

2. The room was very quiet considering the location directly on Bourbon Street, but we were on the ninth floor, which no doubt helped dissipate some of the noise, but we were also pleasantly surprised by the lack of noise from other rooms and within the hotel.

3. The concierge, Paul was very helpful to us, making recommendations on sites and restaurants, and booking swamp and plantation tours for us as well.
