4. No free breakfast except on Executive levels, but room service breakfast was reasonable and very good.

5. Service was good, except for one very stressed valet who was extremely rude and no one picked up our room service order the night before, so we had to call the next morning and order it in a hurry (they delivered it promptly).

10. The windows did a very good job of blocking out the noise given the location, and the room had great air con as it was very warm during my stay.
