4. The hallways on the third floor smelled very badly, moldy, but on the our third day there it smelled better, so maybe someone complained & sent someone to freshen up the carpet.

8. Booked in and we were surprised with the tiny room facing a brick wall that we were upgraded too, considering we stay many many nights with this franchise and are usually treated with far better rooms.

10. My room on the 14th floor facing Canal street was comfy, quiet, everything worked and I could not have asked for a better stay.
