The positive's:-Location-Price I paid-Entire property is non-smoking-Inclusion of a fitness room at no extra cost-Proximity to The Bourbon House-Pool on the roof terrace-Relatively decent sized rooms-Prompt, friendly, and tasty room service-Quick bell-service & friendly bellmen-Great business center/Location of it was excellent and the 3 computers w/printer also great.
