1. My colleague and I were both travelling to a conference on a budget and opted for a twin room, which I found reasonably, albeit not generously sized.

2. It is abundantly clear that this hotel could use a major shake up in general Managers as the service was some of the poorest we have ever experienced.

3. The valet parking is expensive - $31+, as mentioned many times for an SUV - but there is generally an understanding that valet parking includes taking your car when you get there and returning it when you leave.

8. I told them to submit the report and leave a message with the general Manager of the hotel to have him call me back (I asked to speek to him on a number of occasions and was told that the information was passed along though I have yet to get a call from him- how is that for service).

10. Canal can be rough in general and then on top of that, Bourbon St, particularly that end, is just sleezy with the Hustler club, etc etc.
