1. Complementary morning beverages arrived every morning exactly on time , and although I never required much, the hotel staff seemed ready to please.

9. We were in room 505 and the room next to us was having major work, I called the front desk and ask the girls if they could please ask that the work be done a little later which they said they would, but did not.
