3. Nice hotel, great location, and comfortable beds, and oh yes, the pool is very nice, great view of Mississippi River and Greater New Orleans Bridge, plus heated and good size.

6. That being said, they did try to make our stay comfortable (rate reduced, breakfast offered for day that room service didn't show up in time one morning & we had to leave), but it surely started our short 4 day visit off on the wrong foot.
