1. We were members of the select guest program (which is free) so we got free coffee delivered in the morning, as well as free wi-fi (regularly $10/day).

5. We ended up going to the Bacchus parade wearing the clothes we traveled in, however, when we returned to our room the luggage was there with a hand written apology from the manager and a coupon for a free breakfast any time during our stay and a voicemail with a sincere apology.

7. While the Omni has a lovely lobby and is close to Jackson Square and you can ask for a refrigerator brought to your room free of charge.

9. unusually for a City prime site its not expensive accomodation and if you sign up to their select guest scheme you get extras including free internet connection.
