1. Celebrated our 20th Anniversary at the Omni Royal Orleans, and left feeling very happy with our hotel choice.

2. The hotel isn't cheap, and without staying elsewhere in the french quarter I don't know if I'd necessarily say it was value for money but it was such a special trip that we were happy to treat ourselves.

4. I was so disgusted as who expects such uncleanliness in a 4 star hotel? Back to the front desk where the clerk was not happy to see me again and I explained that if the cleaning staff would keep a chewed up pen cap in the room I was afraid of what other kinds of dirty items would I find if I kept looking.

6. We arrived earlier than expected and were happy to find out our room was ready and it was only 10:30am.

7. She helped us w/an early check-in, called the room to make sure everything was fine , and even sent a note that if we needed anything she would be happy to help.

9. I was ok with that, I understand that this are just requests and that the hotel does not have to act on them, but it would have been a nice touch, even if they would have just said happy birthday.

10. Although we did not ask for anything special, the hotel staff including front desk, bell captain, concierge and doormen were all very friendly and made us feel they were happy we were there.
