1. From the moment we left the car, the hotel staff made everything to make us feel welcome.

2. we stayed at this hotel during a Christmas weekend and could not get into a hotel restaurant on Christmas Eve because we did not have reservations (the restaurant also functions as a separate restaurant, so the public is welcomed).
