1. My only ding, and it's not a big one, is the restaurant didn't open for breakfast until 6:30 and I would have liked it to open at 6:00.

6. We had pretty good massages, but when we went to pay they gave us a WHOLE BIG HASSLE over accepting our pre-booked spa deal which it clearly communicated on our booking.

7. When we mentioned our disappointment over missing the chance to try out the pool/sauna, they did nothing to recommend a remedy-that was a pretty big missed opportunity in my book to have done something above and beyond service-wise.
