1. I had a later flight during my last day in New Orleans and the hotel was very accommodating by giving me a later check out.

2. Our grand room was huge by most hotel standards, and I think that the room could be arranged to accommodate a couch and a coffee table which would provide more comfortable seating space in addition to the two small chairs already in the room.
