1. What??? No manager available? Aside from all of that, the rooms are very nice, quite large, and the bed is the most comfortable I've ever been in at a hotel.

2. As I arrived I was immediately greeted by an excellent valet crew, which asked me if I needed help with anything as they opened the door to a comfortable lobby.

8. The lobby was comfortable and quite a popular place for guests to spend time taking advantage of the free wireless (rather than paying the rather exorbitant rates charged for in-room connections or use of the business center computers) and sampling drinks from the adjacent lounge.
