1. What??? No manager available? Aside from all of that, the rooms are very nice, quite large, and the bed is the most comfortable I've ever been in at a hotel.

5. We faced a parking lot and street - we could hear traffic sounds from the bathroom but for some nice reason couldn't in the bedroom area.
