3. This did not happen to people we were with that were on different floors, so I am still giving 3 stars overall because I would like to think this was an isolated incident.

4. My only ding, and it's not a big one, is the restaurant didn't open for breakfast until 6:30 and I would have liked it to open at 6:00.

8. Close to the Quarter, aquarium, & river, great rooms with great river views, great amenities, nice lobby bar with a loud and a quiet area, and the staff makes everyone feel like they're the only guest in the hotel.

9. If you like watching sports Archie Manning just opened up a great bar a block from the hotel - fun watching March Madness over there, he even made an appearance.
