1. It's really a great location, good restaurants, very nice staff, and super comfy bed.

2. Out of all the Loews I've visited, this is probably the most in need of repair (peeling water damage on ceiling, grungy carpet), but it's still pretty nice.

3. Our room was excellent, lots of room, an updated bathroom with nice amenities, comfortable beds and a nice, large TV.

4. We didn't get into our room until after 7:00pm and we stayed in the Rm #513 which had a nice view of the Vanderbilt area; the staff was extremely attentive to our needs and showed a level of Customer Service that is rare when doing business these days so that made up for the long wait to get into our room.
