2. Again, if you read above (no return email from concierge prior to trip) guess I'm too short, chubby and rural to bother with? No wonder DH refuses to deal with hotel staff and lets me do it, although they should (?) acknowledge a giant SF Army guy more than me, no? Dunno, just a general lack of concern/interest from these folks for my taste.

3. I stopped at the Concierge desk to get directions to the 'general Jackson' showboat, as DH and I were there for the 5th Special Forces Group Reunion and the big dinner was on that boat.

8. I personally was disappointed that any of my fellow attendees would have to get these guys as their first experience in my generally super friendly hometown, instead of being greeting in true TENNESSEE STYLE.

10. Strangely there is no place to plug in an electrical source for a laptop on the desk and a general lack of electrical outlets for telephone charging, etc.
