1. I thought I detected a minimal amount of irritation but again the hotel was very busy and I know the front desk had already made efforts to accommodate me.

10. Perhaps it's because I am from Miami (and our service industry here isn't always the nicest), but I was taken aback at how pleasant and accommodating the staff was at the Loews in Nashville.
