1. The workout facility is decent -- lots of machines so there's no wait and there were tons of (cold) towels, water, cleaning wipes, free weights, etc.

3. But, why should someone have to be so vocal about (apparently) shoddy treatment to get good treatment? I stay in hotels very infrequently, so when I do, I pay for as much of the best as I can afford (and what I, (maybe) alone, think is a big amount to stay somewhere) so I want a clean, clean, clean room and decent (not exorbitant) service.
