1. Feels like a safe hotel.

9. Unlike other places we've stayed, the staff didn't ask us what she wanted, they talked directly to her and when they called her 'princess' they looked her in the eye and smiled like she really was a princess to them.

10. We stayed here with our 8 year old granddaughter and had a wonderful time - the entire staff went out of their way to make sure we were treated like royalty.
