5. The toiletries smelled lovely and worked great, except on my hair; we found an Aveda salon just a block or so away (Natural Oasis) where I could obtain some familiar hair care products, and then I was much better coiffed.

6. Anthony and Rocco took great care of my car with the valet service, Erin and Regina went above and beyond in her duties to guide me around the hotel and Nashivlle.
