1. quiet, greener, less 'over the top' than Miami Beach - also only a quick and easy 20 minute drive o the airport for our departure.

Pro:*hotel and rooms are clean and nice*located near Coconut Grove, lots of nice Restaurants nearby*nice view*early checkin and late checkoutCons:*We made three additional requests (we booked a Palm Suite) - none of them was accomplished:-high floor (we ended up in the second lowest floor)-quiet room (we had a double door to the next room/suite - you could hear every word from the neighbor room)-crib for a 2 year old (we got a tiny baby crib, two hours later on the phone and only after announcing our checkout, the hotel could find a solution)*Wifi is tricky if reception is spelling your surname wrong (spent another 30 minutes with their outsourced help desk)*Check your bill.

8. - Very good maintenance of facilities/rooms- Consistent desire to help across all staff- Good location, in the middle of 'what matters' on Coconut Grove- Rooms with great view (city or bay, both are great), REALLY quiet and good services- Particularly, it is worthwhile to mention the efficiency of concierge/desk guys (special mention to Reservation Supervisor there) who always have good solutions for any exception than occurs.
