2. The valet and bell staff was very helpful as we had 10 huge boxes shipped to the hotel for our event and they helped store and load everything up to our cars.

This hotel is gorgeous, very boutique style ,staff were very good, rooms were big as there was me, my husband and my 2 boys, we asked for twin beds but they were huge (they even put in an extra bed for our oldest for free) there is also a kitchenette ( handy when you've got little ones) and a fantastic view.

7. The hotel is beautiful (including some great art works everywhere - and the most amazing pout-pourri scent in the lobby), the view is breathtaking (including a marina, Key Biscayne and some huge green areas), the staff is super nice, competent and willing to help.
