3. On this particular day, housekeeping had not come, and as it approached 5 we were concerned that we were going to be skipped and have to deal with the tub ourselves, but the front desk made sure we were taken care of.

4. As for the hotel, does it care about its guests or the cash, when they let Hotwire (and who knows what other bookers) sell grossly inferior rooms as 4 star?.
