3. The food was great, the staff was exceptional, the meeting rooms were perfect and the guest rooms and bathrooms were luxurious.

4. The lobby is very upscale and attractive, front desk service is very prompt unless you happen to arrive at the same time as a large group checking in, there is NO parking except valet ($23 daily plus tips), but this year the valet service was much more prompt than in the past.

6. All within walking distance of hotelSome of the staff who were exceptional are Freddie & Daniela front desk, Edra restaurant/bar, Gustavo at concierge but really all were outstanding.

8. - Very good maintenance of facilities/rooms- Consistent desire to help across all staff- Good location, in the middle of 'what matters' on Coconut Grove- Rooms with great view (city or bay, both are great), REALLY quiet and good services- Particularly, it is worthwhile to mention the efficiency of concierge/desk guys (special mention to Reservation Supervisor there) who always have good solutions for any exception than occurs.
