This hotel is gorgeous, very boutique style ,staff were very good, rooms were big as there was me, my husband and my 2 boys, we asked for twin beds but they were huge (they even put in an extra bed for our oldest for free) there is also a kitchenette ( handy when you've got little ones) and a fantastic view.

3. The pool is gorgeous and Alex at the pool was so great everyday, they had ice water, peruvian corn and ice cold towels to pass around if you got overheated.

4. we had a one bedroom with a ocean view and it was gorgeous and very comfortable - the perfect healing environment.

5. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, however it was concerning, what if there were a child on that chair? Again - the hotel itself is gorgeous and the shortcomings of our stay were resolved very smoothly and we were extremely grateful of the outcome.

6. Our view of the city and bay (our suite was on the corner so we benefited from two views) was absolutely gorgeous and the rooms were clean, tidy, and up to date other than a cupboard door which fell off during our stay.

10. You can walk to a myriad of stores and restaurants and are right next to biscayne bay, with almost all rooms having a view of the gorgeous bay, the sailboats, Key Biscayne and downtown Miami.
