3. The hotel couldn't be in a better location - literally turn left and you are 2 mins from the harbour, turn right and you are 2 mins from the center of Coconut Grove.

7. Location couldn't be better, at least a neighbourhood in Miami where one can walk around and enjoy drinks or a meal on a terrace, so the car can be left in the hotel garage.
