1. At first when I got in the room, I was totally unhappy considering how small it was, I quickly upgraded to a suite and was real pleased with that decision.

6. 2nd the hotel itself is very easy to navigate in and around the city itself and 3 it was so awesome that i was upgraded to a nice room with a kitchen and as for those 3 things I'm very pleased with the staff thank you Eugine Birgen and Irlanda garcia.

8. We unknowingly came to Miami during 'Urban Beach Week' on Memorial Day weekend and the South Beach area wasn't my cup of tea because of the rowdy crowd - I did not feel safe near the Ocean Drive area, even with my husband right next to me so please plan with caution if you are scheduling a family/couples beach vacation during this event in the future.
