3. The room was beautiful, with complimentary robe & slippers, cable tv and a great view of the Beverly Centre opposite the street, this room was great for any tourist new to LA.

5. we didnt post our letter but held it till new york,( the novetel have a small letter box in there foyer for guests to post mail,they hand you a stamp at the checkin desk) surely they could have taken the letter, charged us for a stamp and sent it put with their own postI think there are better value hotels with genuine, friendly, helpful staff who value service.
