1. The room is clean and bright, not that big but cozy.

2. Room overlooked the Hollywood hills as requested and was a very decent sized room, closet with safe in the hallway which led off to a great sized bathroom with a walk in shower cubicle big enough for two plus plenty of toiletries and fluffy white towels.

4. The bathroom was big enough to set up the ironing board, and had some good amenities (L'Occitane products, emery boards, loofah, shaving mirror, slippers and robe) and enough counter space for a cosmetics case or two.

5. From the check in process to the room service delivery, the staff was very helpful and fast to reply to any demand (they were telling me it was taking 30 minutes for the room service and always delivered before that with a big smile, very good service).

9. The bathroom was also large and modern, rainwater shower head, big bath with tv in the wall and very fancy window which you could block out if need be.
