1. This trip, we were upgraded to a suite (Prestige Suite) for free and were once again treated really well.

2. OK, positives first, the staff were friendly and very helpful at fixing things (explained below), lobby is really nice and the free use of Apple Macs in reception and wireless for free was also quite helpful.

4. I mean if McDonalds and the Hampton Inn can offer it for free then surely hotels like the Softel which proud themselves on service can.

5. I travelled for business and so the only complaint I have is the charge for wifi which I think nowadays should be free as standard.

8. Another complaint was the charge for WiFi which is ridiculous when most budget hotels offer it for free - there are plenty of places nearby that do offer it for free.
