4. The bed was fabulous (best sleep I'd had all month) the airconditioning was invisible (quiet) but perfectly set, the bathroom was well appointed with a great shower, the view was excellent and the traffic noise not overwhelming.

8. The bar downstairs (not owned or run by the Sofitel) was fabulous on the Saturday night with a lovely waitress who was very friendly and helpful and chatted to us for some time about travelling around different parts of the USA.

(The restaurant has a private room in the back that can accomodate about 12 people)The room layout was one of my favorites - very comfortable bed, large desk, flat screen tv, big sink with plenty of counter space, huge walk in shower with a window so you can see the tv (and hear the audio) while showering under a fabulous large rain showerhead with great water pressure.
