1. They were very corteous and explained every single detail of the hotel in a polite and fast way.

2. From the check in process to the room service delivery, the staff was very helpful and fast to reply to any demand (they were telling me it was taking 30 minutes for the room service and always delivered before that with a big smile, very good service).
