7. On the upside the rooms we nicely decorated clean and the bed was so amazingly comfortable and we slept like babiesWould recommend this hotel, they just need to iron out a few bugs and train their staff a bit better.

9. First room I was given was tiny, with a shower-only bathroom (I'm a regular Sofitel customer and I don't understand why I was given a crappy room to begin with when clearly there were other, better rooms in my price category).
