2. My room rate did go up this year, but I still find this property to be a good value because of the continental or breakfast buffet, happy hour, and room upgrades.

4. I used to stay here a couple of years ago, and went back because I had fond memories of manager's happy hour I the club room, much like the Marriot Residence Inn happy hour, snacks and drinks were served for a couple of hours at the end of the day.
