1. , Cleanliness, the staff once again was prompt when called upon but Housekeeping only cleaned our room once & a couple days I recall we were out & about before housekeeping should had been by our room but all in all as long as they kept us in fresh towels which they did we were good, and for the Value the overall stay & experience can't be beat if you go through the right site to book your stay.

2. Service was professional and prompt when called upon, Location if you have a car is 5 Star but if you use a taxi it costs $6 just to get to the other side of the freeway so a trip downtown or to Reliant Stadium runs about $50 round trip w/tip, but the Bus Transit is located only a few blocks away on Hillcroft Ave.
