1. We finally stopped listening to staff and went to Don Carlos the Mexican over the road and it was brilliant, yes fair play best to drive there at night but staff should know the local area at the very least.

7. At first i did not believe that Theresa was the manager but i was shocked, in plain and simple words she told me that if im not happy with their hotel then i can just leave, and guess what, best advice i've ever gotten.

8. We were there for only 2 nights but I saw him just outside the lift on several occasions doing his best to make one feel special.
