3. Immediate area not so great, but there are good options for shopping/restaurants north of the hotel, and about 12 or so miles to the south, Sugar Land offers some nice dining/shopping options as well, including a Whole Foods.

6. The elevators are not in good condition, and the hotel shower offers a very unsatisfying low-pressure experience that I would have expected only from a highway motel.
