1. I then went to the concierge room, and was not too impressed there; in my travels i have stayed at many hiltons and i would say this is the worst concierge room I have come across.

8. Having reasonably high expectations of a Hilton property, my first glance into the lobby did not leave a positive impression as there were security guards patrolling it.
