3. Many of the regulars that I see (visit after visit) were complaining about the new Management, my suggestion is get out in front and greet your guests like the old team did and stop by the Executive Lounge and meet your loyal Customers.

4. One word of caution, the new Management has cut back on a lot of the extras (free buffet breakfast & the types of drinks offered in the Executive Lounge) and it has made me consider going elsewhere.

5. This was not Waldorf Astoria (NY), Roosevelt (new Orleans), Cavalieri(Rome) or Conrad (Tokyo) which areall higher rated Hiltons.

6. My first night here this last visit I will say my a/c appeared to not be cooling the room, so I told the desk the next morning and when I got back from my meetings, it was working like new and the room was nice and cold.

7. This hotel from the outside may appear slightly dated, and if your expecting a brand new modern hilton, then keep looking.

8. Could use new elevators and the junior suites are located right next to the elevators which makes them a bit noisy.
