1. Previously the only problem was parking availability, especially in the evenings when the lot gets completely filled up except for areas that's way in the backside of the building - about 3-5 minutes walk.

3. Half of the staff were rude and unaccommodating, except one of the managers, who tried to make me more comfortable (which was near impossible due to the building).
