1. All of the staff will be let go, and can reapply to the new 'W' Hotel before it opens.

2. The new concierege lounge is great, I enjoyed a free upgrade to the club floor and couldnt beleive that they usually only charged 20 dollars for the upgrade.

3. 27' CRT TV+Great Lake View on the 20th floor (room 2008)+Lobby was new and nice+Walkable to the lake side (Rock & Roll hall of fame, science center), downtown (Public square, Tower City, The Arcade)-Parking was in-and-out self-parking at $18/day (park till 5 pm of departure day) .
